I Follow My Fairy Door and it Leads Me Right to Jackson

The fairy doors are spreading westward to Jackson! Well, sort of. 1. Actually, Star Trek episode 59 was about that, “Ann Arbor City on the Edge of Forever”, but you might be too young to have seen it.

Spock gets his head stuck in a fairy door as he tries to go through, and McCoy angrily says, “You d-mn pointy-eared green-blooded fairy! You of all people, uh, Vulcans, should have no trouble with that door!!” Meanwhile, Kirk is attacked by rabid AA landlords and a few dirty students who burn couches on their porch, which Kirk mistook for a flaming Klingon photon torpedo attack.
