Ypsi Coolness Suffers Another Blow
An “Other Voices” column in the News proposes Ypsi as the new old Ann Arbor. “Rather than tear down the old high school, it’s been remodeled into lovely apartments for senior citizens while keeping the flavor of the stately three-story brick building intact.” Take that, you dorm-building, high-school-destroying Ann Arborites. “It may be a bit ’small town’ for the metrosexuals but, hey, the real thing isn’t for everyone.”
No post on the Google job announcement? There has to be some anti-development, parking, sprawl, or NIMBY aspect to the story, right? It wouldn’t ann arbor without that.

posted by Brandon on July 12th, 2006 at 2:46 pmThere are still a few metrosexual hold-outs in Fort Wayne and Ass Arbor.

posted by AJ on July 12th, 2006 at 6:35 pmYpsi didn’t get the Google call center complex, so it’s still retro.

Clearly Ypsi > Ann Arbor
