We Can’t Think of Any More Found Puns

Well, the found-food restaurant we predicted hasn’t appeared in A2 yet, but would you settle for a found-object store? The new addition to Kerrytown is actually called Found, just like Ann Arbor’s most famous magazine. Won’t someone start an A2 version of Radar so we can have a Gawker-vs.-Radar-style feud with it?

  1. Just what we need in Ann Arbor ….. another store full of useless crap.

  2. Nice concept, really. Crafts made from old stuff is not an uncommon theme. I’m wondering what happens when the crafts themselves become old stuff.

Isn’t it a lovely day outside?

  3. The “found” stuff they have is pretty cool, really. There are some bracelets and bags made from old film reels. Its at least one step removed from a landfill, I guess. Whatever that’s worth.

  4. Alan–tell me about it. I walked about ten miles this morning, taking in the Arb, North Campus, Lower Town (now that I know it’s called that), the Old West Side, and Downtown before breakfast. Sometimes there really are consolations for living here (please don’t hit me).

  5. HGTV hits Ann Arbor. OMG.

  6. Okay, so maybe I was too hasty. Wouldn’t be the first time. I’ll have to check the place out.
